3 Ways to Optimize Your Learning

Have you ever experienced when you've learned but the results are not maximal?
If your answer is "yes"
Need to know, one of the reasons why it can be happened is less optimal learning we do, we still do many mistake that are not recognized.

1. GET YOUR BRAIN RAEDY TO LEARN

You can easy absorb the knowladge when your condition is ready to learn. There are somethings that you can do to get your body ready.

a. Enough Sleep
You need enough sleep for get stamina for learn, so your brain can work maximal. Most of people, sleep for 8 hours.

b. Avoid the junk Foods
Your brain cannot work optimally if you eat junk foods, like : Humberger dan Noodle. Based on research results that junk foods contain high sugar and high fat, which it can be cause chemical changes in brain. Would be much better you consume foods like vegetable, fruit and hight-protein foods.

c. Drink much water
Your brain need water, so it can work optimally. Drink some glasses of water every day.

2. LEARN IN A WAY THAT WORK FOR YOU

Every people have different way  in learning. Learn in a way that work for you, don't follow other way if it's not suite with you.

At least there are 3 learning ways type :
a. Visual Learner: A situation in which you are more comfortable on learning when the material presented in the form of images.
b. Audio Learner: A situation in which you are more comfortable on learning when the material presented in the form of sound
c. Khinestetic Learner: A situation in which you are more comfortable on learning when you move a lot.

3. PAY ATTENTION

One of the best ways for optimized your learning is pay attention when your teacher is talking. Focus your attention to her/him, don't let you lost the information, because if you lost the information you will have a hard time understanding what you do to or when you study later.
